At Perfumeonline, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your fragrance remains sealed in its original cellophane wrap and has not been sprayed to qualify for a full refund.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the perfume bottle in its original box and use protective cushioning to prevent breakage during transit.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
